Philip Manners
Assistant Editor
Philip was famous at STN for being the former lighting designer, trained by none other than Reza, AKA Dude!!! Since graduating in 2003, Phil took his experience from STN 2 and built an impressive resume.

Phil began work in the crazy world of television production as a tech intern for True Entertainment. They enjoyed having Phil around, so before his internship ended, they hired him! He was a tape logger for their reality show, Town Haul.

When Town Haul’s season ended, Phil fell into an assistant photographer position for the US OPEN. Though he’s not a sports fan, Phil says that this was an admazing experience. His work can be found by searching USOPEN.ORG.

Currently, Philip is completing production as an assistant editor/transcriber on Number One Single, a reality show staring pop rock star, Lisa Loeb. The show airs on E!

To contact P. Manners, email: PManners@techie.com.

After a brief stint at a Satellite Uplink Provider, Andrew is back at FOX 61, WTIC-TV. He is working the new FOX 61 Morning News, and just loving waking up to be at work at 3:30am everyday.

Andrew is one of the "Alumni who just won't leave", but that's only because he works right down the street at FOX 61, WTIC-TV as a ENG/SNG Truck Operator and Photojournalist.

Andrew's travels for FOX 61 have taken him to the ALCS, World Series, WNBA Finals, backstage for the Dave Mathews Band, Bruce Springstein, the KISS/Aerosmith World Tour Kickoff, and the Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinment.

"It's amazing where I've run into STN Alumni", said Andrew. He's run into Brad Cheney, Mike McCarthy, the TV Studio's Mike Martin, Joe Brocato, Chris Donovan, David Mongeau, and Jeff "Curley" Kolan.

This is not to mention the Alumni he saw when Andrew had to head back to UHa during Spring Fling 2004 because, as he puts it, "UHa students decided to be more like students at UConn, and light the place on fire".

Andrew is currently single and available, however if you mention the "Evil One" in connection with this, he will, as the 2001 STN Stud, Kevin Bilodeau would say, bend your soul.
