The Men’s soccer team beat Holy Cross 2-1 on Tuesday, snapping a 4-game losing streak.
Hartford’s Andrew Peterson made the first score in the 65th minute, putting a rebound into the back of the net. Josh Trott struck back 3 minutes later, scoring for Holy Cross and Tying the game.
4 minutes into OT, Hartford’s Maurizio Silvestri curved the ball into the top-left corner of the net. It was the Hawk’s third overtime of the season.
Hartford is now 3-5-1 overall, and travels to Stony Brook Friday night.
