The Women's Basketball team lost to the Miami Hurricanes of the ACC 82-62 dropping their record to 6-2. Tamara James lead all players with 22 points for the Canes. While Erika Messam, Marylynne Schaeffer and Danielle Hood all finished in double figures for the Hawks. The squad currently is tied for second place in the America East Conference with Boston University.
