University open but all undergraduate classes cancelled on Monday but planned to be Tuesday

Power was restored to the Village Apartments, Regents Park, and Park River residence halls late Sunday afternoon. Students can move back into the three residence halls beginning at 1 p.m. Monday (Nov. 7). Students may not move in before 1 p.m., as life safety systems must be checked and inspected before the buildings can be occupied.

All undergraduate classes will resume on Tuesday, Nov. 8.

Graduate and English Language Institute courses will be held as scheduled on Monday. Mortensen and Allen Libraries are open regular hours. Faculty and staff are welcome to bring their children to work if necessary.

The deadline for dropping a course and receiving a grade of “W,” changing to pass/no pass or from pass/no pass to a letter grade, or changing from credit to audit status has been changed to Monday, Nov. 14.
