There are themes for every week that Cyber Awareness Month takes place during the month of October. Cyber security was the main focus the second week and the first week focused on the individual and securing the human.

Gregory Freidline, Director of Network Services, said he encourages people to go on the websites stopthinkconnect.org and lockdownyourlogin.org to read about cyber security.

He said “security is our shared responsibility and the internet is our shared resource so we have a responsibility to keep ourselves safe.”
