On Wednesday April 18th the Barney School of Business had Dr. Cox speak at the event where she talked about her experience with helping a small Biotech Company develop the flu. Every year, there are different speakers talking about different topics and experiences. Martin Roth, Dean of the Barney School of Business said this event is to bring high profile speakers that will be beneficial for them to share their experiences with students, staff, and faculty on campus.

This event was founded by an alumni of the Barney School that wanted to give back to the school so he provided them with the resources every year so the event could still take place. His family attends the event every year and gets very involved with choosing who the speaker will be.

Anyone was welcome to attend the event, but it was especially encouraged for students in the Barney School.
