Vince McMahon to Launch New Entertainment Company

Former WWE Chairman is Set to Launch a New Entertainment Company following his departure from WWE

Vince McMahon has been flying under the radar since his exit from WWE and TKO group holdings. Since then, McMahon has not been involved with any projects besides his early development with the Netflix documentary ‘Mr. McMahon’, which told the story about McMahon and his rise with creating the WWE.

McMahon pulled out of the documentary midway after the Janel Grant allegations came to light in 2022, which resulted in the first retirement of Vince McMahon, and more allegations later led to the final departure of the iconic WWE character known as Mr. McMahon, which led to what is called the Renaissance era of WWE.

Despite ongoing legal battles, the former chairman has proceeded with his new company, which was first reported by PWInsider. The new company is said to be an “entertainment hub company” (Sports Illustrated). The company will not be focused on anything WWE- or Profession Wrestling-related; rather, it will focus on film and television projects that are said to be “fiction and nonfiction” (Sports Illustrated).

The company is being planned around whether or not the charges against McMahon get cleared or not, with the idea of a Los Angeles headquarters in the works. McMahon’s new company is set to have many ex-WWE employees that are going to be working with McMahon: Kristen Prouty, a former WWE executive, and Brad Blum, the former WWE Chief Operating Officer, who resigned after being named in the Janel Grant lawsuit as “Coporate Officer No. 2” (Sport Illustrated). Both worked under McMahon and were considered loyalist.

No word on what the company will be called or when it will be launched.
