It seems that the President of Lucasfilm is looking to step down from her role, as it was announced earlier that Katheleen Kennedy plans on stepping down as President by the end of 2025.

In May 2012, Kennedy Joined Lucasfilms, as a co-chair with the creator of Lucasfilms, George Lucas, who had created his self-titled production company in 1971, which is responsible for creating two of the biggest franchises in film history Star Wars and Indiana Jones.
Kennedy was promoted to President of Lucasfilm on October 30, 2012, after Disney acquired the rights to the Star Wars Franchise for “$4 billion” (Variety).
During Kennedy’s time as President of Lucasfilm, “she is credited with reviving the property by launching the sequel trilogy, beginning with 2015’s “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” as well as the critically acclaimed 2016 spinoff “Rogue One” (Variety), The Mandalorian and Andor, was also a big part of her tenure, especially with the rise of Disney+.
“Kennedy leaves behind a complicated legacy which has seen some of the biggest box office successes in franchise history but has also divided fans with the direction of some of the latter films in the Star Wars Sequel trilogy” (NME).
Many fans have been calling for the return of George Lucas to return to the helm of the Star Wars Franchise.
As of right now, Kennedy has yet to comment on the future of her tenure.
