Multiple sources have confirmed that Hartford Hawks Women’s Basketball head coach Polly Thomason is out after three seasons. Thomason was named the 11th head coach in program history in May 2022, and posted a 23-55 record over her three-year stint as Hawks head coach. The 2024-25 winter season saw Thomason lead the Hawks to a 10-16 record, going 8-9 in regular season Conference of New England play. Hartford’s win on February 19th against Suffolk University clinched a spot in the CNE Playoffs and was Thomason’s 350th career win.
