A single gunshot cut through the air just before 11:00 Wednesday night (November 1st).
The handgun was discharged in North Regents, Room 208, into the ceiling and through the floor of the room above. The suspect, 17, is a sibling of a University of Hartford resident. He was later arrested on firearms charges in Putnam, Conn.
