A 12-year-old boy who was reported missing from his Bloomfield home on Sunday morning has been found safe, according to local authorities. The Bloomfield Police Department confirmed that Robert Noble, who was considered at risk, was located in Hartford unharmed. Robert was described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Officials have not released details on how he was found but assured the public that he is safe and is now returning home.
